SOURDOUGH RYE FUSILLO

Our newest offering, this noodle is for those seeking a bold flavor! Long, ruffly and texture rich, this sourdough rye noodle uses a German baking method of fermented rye called quellstück (kwell-schtuck) and organic, Minnesotan grown rye. We incorporate the fermented rye (sourced from a Minneapolis baker and miller) to deliver pronounced fruity and spicy notes with a hit of tang. Pair with pancetta, beef, and mild cheeses for a restaurant worthy meal!

TOASTED BASMATI GLUTEN FREE FETTUCCINE at BIRCHWOOD CAFE

We're pleased as punch to be included alongside the legions of local vendors at the Twin Cities favorite restaurant; the Birchwood Cafe. Chef Marshall Paulsen has redesigned this traditional dish with hearty textures and fresh flavors: featuring sweet peas, radish, oyster mushrooms and the savory goodness of Red Table Meat's Pancetta. Abundantly finished with fresh herbs ... and it's hard not to lick the plate clean (no joke). While they make their regular linguine noodles in-house (equally delicious), they're featuring our Toasted Basmati Fettuccine as the gluten-free option. No matter which noodle you choose, get on over there and order it up – tell them we sent you!
