Rustic Durum Egg Pici

Rustic Durum Egg Pici

Pronounced “pee-chee,” this thick, solid rope noodle packs a wallop of chew. Scarcely found outside the province of Siena, Tuscany, this noodle features 100% Minnesota-milled durum and loads of egg — offering up a rich, buttery taste with a toothsome bite. Traditionally paired with a simple blend of garlic, oil, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs, this noodle can also be coupled with many hearty sauces and ingredients.
